Meet Carol

Hi! I’m Carol Covino and I’ve worked with over a thousand women in the past 11 years to help them lose weight, reduce belly fat, and look great in their clothes. 

I’m the creator of the Fit and Fierce fitness and nutrition program for women over 40 and the host of the Forever Fit with Carol Covino podcast.

When I was in my late forties, I was a competitive, nationally ranked distance runner. I was convinced cardio was the key for having a great body. But the more I ran, the worse I looked. 

My legs and arms were flabby, my butt was flat, and I was getting the dreaded menopause belly.

I knew nutrition was key. So I hired a coach who gave me my first meal and workout plan. In a few short months my body improved, and I did a bikini bodybuilding show at age 51. I would go on to do 14 more shows, 8 at the national level.

I was so excited and wanted to help other midlife women experience the same results. I was already a certified personal trainer but went on to earn certifications in fitness nutrition, weight loss, female metabolism, menopause fitness, and intermittent fasting for women.

Now at age 61, I am committed to educating women on how to have healthy hormones through exercise and nutrition, so they can lose weight, reduce belly fat, tone up, and increase energy.
